Golden Milk is a 4,000 year old Ayurvedic recipe that has been handed down through the ages. To think that it would still have a place in our lives today just blows anyones mind. Great as a end of the night drink, traditionally made in warmed Coconut Milk. The combination of Turmeric and Black Pepper is well known for its anti-inflammatory properties, by adding something like Honey you also get that well known combinations benefits. Ashwagandha is known for its uses and benefits for supplementation, we have added it in our blend in just the right amount to make this all taste delicious!
Keep your jar when you are done and clean it out well once it's empty. We have 2 oz refill packages in our bulk Golden Milk that will allow you to compost the package and reuse the jar!
